I am a core gamer so that makes the Wii the worst.

That doesn't necessarily follow. I'm a core gamer too, but I'll take the Wii over the Gamecube any day.

...dude...I could go on and on about this.
It was the core Nintendo console. It didnt have as many hits as the N64....but in library quality it was more powerful than the Wii ever was in the quality that was there in all. The gamecube was a victim of a childish image that has always plagued Nintendo and Nintendos disc choice which carried less on it than the PS2 and Xbox warding third parties mostly away. You might have liked the Wii more, but compared to the Gamecube its library was disaster. Gamecube used no gimmicks and might have been held back by its childish lunchbox design but it profited. Nintendos consoles are always affordable to make, but bthe Wii U was the least affordable.

Mario Galaxy 1 & 2
Xenoblade Chronicles
Metroid Prime 3
Zelda Skyward Sword
Donkey Kong Country Returns
Monster Hunter Tri
Sin & Punishment 2
Dude, I could go on and on as well. The Wii's library handily beats the GCN's. As a core gamer, I sunk easily twice as much gaming time into my Wii as my GCN, simply because there were more quality games.

Those were great games but I was talking about the library. The majority of the Wii's library was terrible and the gamecubes librarand the y like the N64 was small compared to their respective playstations but they stood proud. When I was younger the N64 was the flawless core Nintendo console and even that wasnt as successful but it sold a little bit more than the Gamecube. The biggest breath of fresh air to the Wii lineup was xenoblade chronicles but again I already played Xenosaga on the Playstation so when they were actually selling well. No doubt the Wii had a handful of good games though.
