(If the Wii controls don't appeal, the game does support traditional controllers - both the Gamecube/Wavebird and Classic Controllers work. But to me there's no point to buying this on the Wii if I don't get to slice through the air to use the special moves!) I managed to get a fatality sequence started last night (only playing for half an hour at a go, it's been a busy week) -- when the "Finish Him" message comes up, you have to make a SPECIFIC move, then a second move, and at least a third (I haven't completed one yet). The moves involve both the nunchuk and Wiimote in appropriate ways - stabbing motions, for instance -- according to the onboard training video. Figuring out the fatality sequences is a matter of trial-and-error, best to stick with one character if you plan to do it the hardcore way. Alternatively, Midway has actually posted four pages of "cheat sheets" for the fatalities, covered at Kotaku (I haven't looked at these, but they seem official and since the OP was asking...): http://kotaku.com/gaming/finish-him/massive-list-of-mortal-kombat-wii-fatalities-265144.php
