Video shows Wii U performance after April update. From ~20 seconds to ~6 seconds!

Agreed, it's much, much better, but it still just feels a little bit slow. But it's certainly manageable now.

Yeah, I don't own a Wii U, so I didn't realize how significant the problem was.

 

This video puts the new load times about on par with competitors, so as long as this cuts menu load times across the board (and I can't imagine it won't), no one should have any right to complain...when the update arrives, that is.
