My thing is; The Wii U does not feel like a next gen console. It really, really does not. What kind of next gen consoles gets a bunch of enhanced ports from established franchise? Obviously, there were exceptions like ZombiU. They should have held off until they had mario galaxy 3 or the next big zelda game.

How about the Xbox 360?

As far as the Wii U goes, I think people are fooling themselves. The system isn't "dead" right now, but it will be soon. There's nothing between now and Autumn that has even a chance of seriously affecting sales.

I can't say i recall the 360 line up but it couldn't have been as confusing as the Wii U.

I doubt nintendo is just gonna let it roll over and die. I'm sure they got something up their sleeve but the Wii U has very little reason to be bought right now. Not even NSMB U carried it while it was hot off.

Look it up. A lot of the games were last gen games ported to the 360, or multiplats that released on Xbox and Xbox 360.

And Nintendo can't conjure games out of thin air, nor can they afford to drop the price right now. The games coming between now and Autumn will help, but they can't make a serious dent right now.
