Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix Demo Gameplay

What do they mean by 1.5? Normally I would consider a 1.5 a stand along follow up that isn't quite a sequel but is more than an expansion pack. But if it's the same game with 50% more content that would make sense too.
