1) The paralogues (they tend to have Bullion, which you sell for large amounts)
2) The DLC (boooooooo!!!)
3) Random encounters (at least one foe will have Bullion of one variety or another. Note that this is not a feasible option if you're on Lunatic)
4) If you're playing Normal, use a Reeking Box to attract a random encounter (the return on investment becomes more iffy on higher difficulties)
