You forgot a couple seriously important innovations in the first few gens (from the top of my head);

NES: the ability to save games, gameplay mechanics, third-party model, software regulation, marketing techniques (including ROB), storytelling in games
SNES: player input with the SNES controller (shoulder buttons, ergonomics and face buttons all standards today), expanding games in graphics, scope and music, graphical effects
N64: analogue stick, advancements made in 3D gaming, local multiplayer innovations (four player split screen)

The only gen they haven't really innovated anything also turned out to be their most disappointing console; GC.

Anyway, to actually answer the question: It's hard to answer . They all brought so much. I'd vote the NES though, as it's basically the reason we game as we game today. Second place is impossible to answer, SNES, N64 and Wii all had a great influence on the industry. SNES does have the GameBoy in it's gen too though, which I think was more innovative than DS. Again, the 6th gen loses with the GBA.
