Does the Wii U playing Watch Dogs say anything about how it would compete against other next gen consoles?

Well so far we haven't seen anything of PS3/360/WiiU Watchdogs (and we probably won't until the review of those versions) so it's hard to tell. It could be a gimped Watchdogs with far less details, blurry textures, clipping which would make it awful compared to the PS4/X720/PC one.
