yes, it is out on north america. I have the same problem that TheLastStarFighter has, it seems the guide doesn't line up with my cable provider, but when it does it just happens to be useful to watch TV series or movies that I never hear before. Netflix may improve it vastly because most of the good TV series are available on it rather than Hulu or Amazon.
