| The Fury said: Life can exist as single celled organisms in extremes on this planet, assuming it can't anywhere else would be silly. Most times the question shouldn't be 'is there life out there?' but more 'is there intelligent life out there?'. Did another world evolve and develop like we have. It's hard to think about that one. If they did, I assume even if they have advanced technology, I do not believe space travel will ever be easy, even for us, we won't ever find the Deus Ex Machina in a Mass Effect Relay so I don't believe we will ever leave our solar system to find out. |
I think Humanity will eventually leave the solar system it's just a question of when/if we make it that far in Humanities existence. We could be wiped off the face of the earth in a few years or survive thousands of years. Honestly I think we will go extinct before we have a chance of being on the level of technology that we see in games like Halo or Mass Effect.
