Would it be better for the GAMERS if Nintendo became software only?

^ Yeah, one thing I really like about Nintendo hardware is that it's built to last. The Wii was bulletproof compared to the PS3 and especially the 360, hopefully the same is true of the Wii U, though it's too early to tell.

About the only Nintendo system with reliability problems was the NES back in the 80s; since then they've all been tanks.
