Great feedback. Having played decades of FPSs I'm still a little surprised when I walk into a room, and have to jump here, and then jump there and ball-roll under this and then I'm thinking, 'wait, am I platforming now?' And the first real puzzle I left when the answer wasn't obvious, thinking it's poor design, because I'm not used to having to do that sort of thinking in a FPS.

I think MP would be better as a 3rd person shooter, rather than FPS but maybe I'll continue to warm up to t's unique style.

I actually have Super Metroid but never played it (I can't be bothered to dig out the classic controller when I sit down to play). Tried getting into the NES Metroid but tired of it quickly. Will have to give Super Metroid a try.
