I'm just posting a comment, to come back later when I have Home Wi-Fi again.
I should warn you guys & gals, I use Action Replay to get shining Legendaries and give them awesome moves they would normally probably not have.
Don't be surprise to to see certain moves that could normally never be learned by that particular Pokémon, and I also use Action Reolay to get that item that ups the PP to a limit (for example it turns a 5 PP into a 8 PP, which means a total of 8 uses of a move instead of just 5).
I can't wait to get home wi-Fi again to start trading shining Legendaries for any kind of Pokémon to spread the awesomeness from my end again.
I still remember summoning shining Legendaries with impossible to learn moves in Pokémon Stadium 2 in single player mode. (thanks to gameshark)
