Of course it is but you can't infer a statement how big or important an IP is when looking at sales because of bundling. Ask the Sony-fans here how big they see Forza as a unique and successful while good IP from MS ;) As I said bundling helps establishing IPs.


But Uncharted is an already established franchise. I think that the bundling is not a matter of selling more Uncharted's, but selling more Ps3's. Nowadays, people prefer Uncharted over...let's say... Little Big Planet 2, if bundled within the console.

 

Yes, it is established, but it could also mean it's established as a bundle because 1 and 2 were bundled, too. *If* it was such a big IP that it could be seen as a system seller than I think it would have more sales. But that's all hypothetical talk, from you and me :) But I think it's obvious that comparing a bundled game with a non-bundled game is not a good comparison.
