It is a fact. But it's only valid for you, whereas the DigitalFoundry framerate analysis is valid for 100% of the produced Black Ops 2 copies.

If all people on Earth would see the world with your eyes, everything would be alright.

Be happy that you don't notice the other framerate dips, but they are there and others can see them, so claiming that other people just want to doom the console by using valid proof, while everything you can come up with is "only" your impression is quite ironic.
