I think it sounds a lot like the people who claim that playing shooters makes you better with real life weapons in real life situations. You actually move the Wii-mote around, granted, but the simple waggle motion or racketing, paddling etc in Wii Sports can't possibly have any impact on fine motor precision and pinpoint accuracy with surgical equipment. It just sounds ridiculous.
