Not really, the Gamecube got a a small percentage of ports from the PS2, and those were largely dumbed down. Resident Evil 4 was the only third party game in Gamecube's entire existence that was worth talking about. Resident Evil is a series that is much more geared to Sony fans than Nintendo fans. To be frank, those who hold Resident Evil 4 as one of the core reasons as to why Gamecube was a good system, really should re-examine why they are Nintendo fans, and not Playstation fans in the first place. Those types of games are far more commonplace on the Playstation platform. Gamecube did a good job of being like a poor-man's Playstation, and more of a betrayal to Nintendo's philosophy of innovation.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
