I watch his vids all the time but his opinion flip-flops recently a lot. I know that he mentioned that in this video but c'mon :

1. I just agree with him on the technical viewpoints because up until this point we don't know what the wii u is really capable of (X being the first one that really shows the power of the Wii U)

2. If Nintendo had released a major console launch line-up they won't compete with the nex gen consoles of Sony and Microsoft. I think that Nintendo is doing the right thing. And this is noticable:
Nintendo will do what they never did before: they will release major AAA first-party titles with only weeks inbetween them. Normally Nintendo releases one game of one franchise and you must wait several months until you get the next AAA game from another Nintendo franchise. They know that they NEED big games to compete with the releases of the ps4 and 720.

for me personally its important I get MHTU in march :p

If Nintendo doesn't casualize their console they wont sell anywhere near Wii numbers. They Will sell a tad bit over cube or N64, which is the 20-40 M region. Nintendos "hardcore" consoles never sell well and if they aren't on par with the competition as far as hardware is concerned its bound to get worse. This holiday season the Wii U will get steam rolled. Two things:

I predicted if Microsoft and Sony heeded third parties asking them if they could use 8GB of RAM in their consoles Nintendo would be in massive trouble as far as mulitplats were concerned. Nintendo fans told me not to jump the gun.

I was correct.

I am now predicting that if Sony and Microsoft find an affordable way to sell the new console Nintendo is fucked this holiday season. They will outsell Nintendos holiday and will continue to sell higher. Sony and Microsoft don't need casuals to have a stellar launch. Their core is actually larger than Nintendo.
