there was another guy who said the same thing about the wiimote that it was his invention and he tried to sue nintendo he even had a video on youtube showing it.
then again nintendo stated long ago that it was their idea inspired by a tv remote etc..someone is lying or 2 guys and nintendo had the same idea at the same time :D
