Yes, and there was no final hardware there. The tech reveal was that the PS4 has a CPU/GPU and RAM, which isn't a design it's a feature list. The design is how all of this ties together, observations of any custom silicon etc.

This is a bit more than just saying it has a CPU/GPU and RAM. Add in all the developer responses and yeah, it's not a repeat of the PS3 coding fiasco.
