I've had one since launch. Brightish first party future and amazing hardware.
3G is an extra monthly cost to get internet everywhere similar to phones. Memory cards are what you'd expect.
The PS4 calculates the game and streams it to Vita with minimal lag. All traditional (non move) games should support it.

Prices are great. Lots of games are only a few dollars. PS Mobile has games for like a buck.
