I am seriously thinking about getting a vita, for all those fine gamers who own one? well what do you think of it so far as it is a solid peice of sexy hardware? How do you feel the vita's future will be like, will 3rd party support come on board? I have a 3ds but looking into the vita for more diffrent types of games and new experinces.

what is the 3g/memory card upgrades?

I read some where that the vita will be able to play ps4 games as in streaming from the cloud?

do you think there will be a North American price drop in the near future?

How are the prices on the PS store for psp games/indy games?

Is there any problems/concerns you noticed about it after a long term?

3G is an extra monthly cost to get internet everywhere similar to phones. Memory cards are what you'd expect.

The PS4 calculates the game and streams it to Vita with minimal lag. All traditional (non move) games should support it.

LBP Vita is amazing!

3G is optional non contract month by month basis with tiered data plans. There is a price cut coming soon, one that will probably eliminate the wifi only option, so you should be able to pick up a 3G version at no extra cost soon. Memory is expensive but you can always hold out until a good sale or a price cut. Just look for a bundle that includes a card. You will be able to stream PS4 through remote play, non cloud. Through cloud you will eventually be able to play PS1, PS2, PS3 games. PS1 classics are available right now just like PSP, through emulation apps. The future looks damn bright. The system is top notch and geared to improve through updates. LBP Vita is really awesome. End result for Vita games will surpass the PS3.

thanks for the input guys, I am not looking for a 3g internet and just wi fi play. So i guess i should just pick up a 249.99 wi fi only vita.

Yeah you can just pick up the wifi. Unless you want to wait for the price cut, like I said you should be able to pick up the 3G version at the same new price like they did in Japan. The price drop will probably be to $200 but it might not come till fall, but could come as early as this month, probably on the 25th during Destination PlayStation. I would wait till after that to see if a price drop is announced and maybe you can get a 3G version at $200. 3G is an optional service, so it wouldn't cost you extra but you could buy a month whenever you need it.

the 3g would be pretty nice, but i am not really looking to pay month to month lol. I guess i will stay tuned and look for a price drop.
