On the comparison of the 360 to PC version, the PC version has noticably better textures and a better framerate than the 360 version. On the lighting, I prefer the PC version, but the difference is subtle in most shots. Some close-up shots of wet road, the reflection looks a bit better on PC, while in other cases lighting looks the same or only marginally better on the PC version.
