“Skyrim was generic” says Witcher 3 game Director

So I played Skyrim for about 60 hours and it is only roughly the 2nd proper open world RPG (after Fallout 3) and it was fun... but the game has oh so many flaws

The game's combat is frankly quite bad, the characters aren't really that interesting and the AI is awful. But it was surprisingly addictive.

I found the Witcher 2 to be more interesting, but it never really got me addicted, I still haven't finished it, though that is mostly due to Far Cry 3 and the games' difficulty
