If you would kindly remove games "announced" at E3 2010 that we haven't heard anything about since then. EG, "Persona 3DS." They may not be vaporware, but if they were announced 3 years ago and no one has mentioned them since, it's safe to assume they're not coming any time soon.
The 3DS's real third-party library is decent enough to stand on its own without support from imaginary games.

Dragon Ball 3DS was announced on April 2010 and again in 2013, that's practically 3 whole years later for any new info........same goes for Batman 3DS, but yeah it's best to wait later during 2013 for more news about Dragonball (which we got some) & batman & ninja Gaiden & persona new.
I forgot to mention Assassin's creed 3DS (NOT Lost Legacy, but the one they mentioned after they said they where canceling this one)
