It would make it 389€ like the ZombiU pack, quite decent. The pack looks cool too.

The only thing that scream Monster Hunter is the box, anything else is the same as the original bundle. I won't hold my breath for this one. If you are telling me that the console or the controller itself have some Monster Hunter decorations, I would get it. But for a gamer that is going to buy the Wii U for only this game, even the white version makes sense. It also seems that it doesn't bring the deluxe digital promotion. And the alst and most important thing, it comes out the day the game releases, you will have to do the massive update first before playing, if you want everything in place.

I didn't say I would buy it. I do hope we get a MH4 next-gen for PS4 some time in the future.

To say that there was nothing really for the PS3, I wouldn't hold your breath, sadly.

There was

And with a mere 200K for MHU, Capcom might need extra revenue from Playstation players...

Hence why I said "nothing really", a PSP-port from a game released a couple years before it doesn't really count; nor does the Wii U port of the 3DS game MH3G in Japan. The difference here is that both games are releasing side-by-side, same day here in the West, which will obviously help Wii U sales whilst hurting 3DS sales.

And the PS3 version only sold 500k on a much larger install base, so I wouldn't say that 200k (or an attach ratio of, well, around 20%) for the Wii U is "bad". And it's still selling at that 20% attach rate range (just under 3k for the first time last week), so it'll likely end up around 250k in Japan when all is said and done.

Now, a brand new MH title for Wii U would be something else entirely...

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.
