If nintendo were to make a new ip, what genre should it be?

Which would you prefer a SIM to compete against Forza/GT, or something less serious to compete with PGR and whatever Sony makes?

If Sony and MS killed the Arcade, where Sega tried to preserve it, maybe Nintendo should try to aquire more arcade style games to attract....older gamers. Not just an Arcade Style Racer, by maybe a Silent Scope game, or a fighter. Wii had a couple Arcade style games, they did moderatly well, why not continue downthis avenue?

Maybe an open world racing sim, kinda like diddy kong racing if you have played that game. A large world to drive in, with cops and all that, and racin tracks outside that city.
