I think once.  I know for a fact had a couple where it was just HP.  But I think once I did.

Man is that the worst.  Hell even just HP increasing, was kind of like "really, not even worth leveling"

I had a healer who didn't increase any stats once. I was like "after those 10 heals, you can't increase ANYTHING? What's the point in you?"

So very frustrating, especially for weaker units.
