They should have seen the drought coming long ago.
"Hey, guys, we've got bugger all Wii U games set up for the first half of 2013!"
"Oh, just leave it to rot and use that spare adrenaline shot on our portable that's already thriving!"
"Shouldn't we at least show some trailers of some of the Wii U games we have in production so Wii U owners have something to look forward to?"
"Nah, let's pander entirely to the 3DS fanbase, that portable is clearly struggling and needs help!"
