Why make that thread if not to poke fun at those who are longing for that kind of content in their games? Then post after post people making fake reasons as to why they were dissappointed with the game, knowing full well they didn't mean any of it.
In the meantime companies like ThatGameCompany are snagging prizes for their efforts and Nintendo is left as the butt end of the industry, criticized for pumping out cash-grabs using Mario as its whore product. And the fans are loving it.
It's infuriating.
