No. This proves that most devs no longer are capable of making great JRPG games.

How so? Japanese devs Level 5, Intelligent Systems, Capcom, Namco, Monlithsoft, Mistwalker, Atlus, and Chunsoft all have released some fairly fantastic RPGs recently.
