He can use the pair up with tactician to increase Lissa's rescue rng. I suspect he hasn't tried that yet.

I see, so pairing them up would add 1 Mg, and since it's an odd number it'd go from a 3 range to 4, right? Makes sense. I can see myself using similar tricks with Physic.
