Then Nintendo just need to make a whole load of mature games (read: strategy games, what real adults play), and hopefully third parties will follow. I'd be fine with that.
EDIT: Real problem with third parties is the chicken and egg dilemma, after all these years off doing nothing there is no chicken, now they need to put a whole load of eggs until one chicken comes out good - and no one is up to do that.
