MS and Sony probably aren't going to have a huge touch screen controller that costs half of the whole package. Take that into consideration. The Wii U may be $300 and not as powerful as some people want, but MS and Sony can sell $300-$400 machines without expensive to manufacture controllers. That's an extra $100-150 that can be spent on RAM, CPU, GPU, etc.
