It's a good policy and I bet Nintendo and Sony have similar policies.

When multiplatform game comes out one of three things can happen. The game get's released first on Xbox as it is, it can release at the same time as other versions but must be at least equal in content, or it can release later but must have extra content that was not included with the earlier releases.

All of these rules are good for Xbox 360 owners.

That might be so from a business perspective but its a really unfair thing thats happening in the industry. Microsoft can pay to keep games away from their rival for x amount of time, but no one else can. Sony has a policy that is similar with third parties, but it involves not paying for third party exclusives in this current gen. Nintendo to my recollection doesn't have a policy on late games, as you can see they didnt bitch about the Wii U.
