I won't be getting one in the foreseeable future as it's fairly pricey and I simply don't need a laptop/ultrabook/tablet.
For you, it sounds like it could be a good purchase as it'd run all the legacy software and you could use it as a tablet when needed. I doubt it'd be good for games though so you might want to shop around third-party offerings if you plan on doing some gaming.
