I could not get into Shadow Dragon because the characters weren't fleshed out enough, not the fun support converstations. The interactions between chapters and even some during maps. It's all brilliant. not far enough to comment on story, only like chapter 5 or something right now, but as you can see i am already falling in love with some characters. Something as I said Shadow Dragon didn't do for me. I never got far in shadow dragon cause I didn't care about anyone. I wnated to care about marth so much cause he is like the face of Fire Emblem series, yet the game just didn't bring his character to life. |
I felt Shadow Dragon had a similar issue; it just didn't have the personality that Radiant Dawn, Sacred Stones etc. had. Don't know if it was because it's the first in the series or what, but there was something missing. A great game, yes, but not a "true" FE games for me.
Whereas this looks to be the best, easily. And that's saying a lot!
