MS wants people to buy PCs so they can sell Windows. That's why they ports some of their Xbox games to PC. Sony does sell PCs, but they don't have to convince people to buy Windows. Nintendo would rather everyone play games on Nintendo systems so they aren't going to port anything.
All PC games make MS money because their require Windows to play them. All Xbox games make MS money because of licenses. To MS the Xbox and PC markets are almost the same.
