Minecraft made up a third of revenue, but it's more expensive than the typical xbla game. Especially considering most games have gone on sale and minecraft hasn't.

Considering the top 10 alone have sold 10.2mil and account for 50% of the revenue, $145mil, and considering most xbla games are cheaper than the $14.27 average of the ones in the top 10, it is certainly well over 20mil. Though it's hard to tell exactly how much it is because we don't know if the majority of games being sold are $5 games or $10 games. 

Totally agree. Except Minexraft all others were ~1200MSP games and since other games see a price drop to 800MSP (sometimes even 400MSP) over the years it's fairly likely.
