It's much better on Pc if you can run it smoothly, otherwise I'd recommend console version.

and in that same note if i had know justcause 2 was going to open up to modding like it has, i would have only played that on PC.... the mod community is/has put out a mod that allows co-op of insane numbers of people on the map link for mod below
