I don't own one yet, but there are four possible dates for me to buy it this year. The week my birthday is, MH3U release, Wind Waker release or another unannounced release.
The most possible date is MH3U, which will be my first purchase. After that it is likely to be Lego City or Resident Evil Revelations.
