Cowboys vs. Aliens was a pretty bad movie so I'm glad it actually lost some money at the box office. But Django Unchained looks like it will be the first time in forever that a western will make more money overseas then domestically. Since box office mojos numbers only go back to 1980 I'm not even sure if a US western ever made more money overseas then domestically.
