| ps3-sales! said: YES THAT'S WHAT I'VE BEEN TRYING TO SAY. Holy Jesus lol. Maybe I should have cleared it up for everyone but that's exactly what I'm trying to say of waiting until the price goes down. Dmc seems like a superb game based on the demo I played, reviews, and videos I've seen but I don't think it's worth $60 for the average gamer; considering they are unlikely to replay through it a bunch of times. They are always exeptions however, as with anything, but for the most part it's a linear story that doesn't offer much in the realm of choices through playing it. Totally agree with the different tastes part you brought up. Some people preview that solid 12 hour consistant experience compared to a 50 hour large RPG like game with boorfests in the middle of it. |
The average gamer is not buying a game at full price, furthermore the average gamer owns less than 10 games for one of the now last gen consoles and I bet that at least 90% of these owners in this forum have more than 10 PS3, 360 or Wii games.
So you're clearly asking the wrong crowd here.
