Since we are playing elimination rounds, it doesn't matter how many points people attain in a GP. Only their positions matter. The total points the community rooms will show will be irrelevant.

The host should post the positions of all players (points are irrelevant), not just the top 4. Either have pen and paper ready or post directly on VGC as soon as the GP is over, because the results screen won't be displayed forever.

It would be good if tbone51 gave the rooms we are going to use the names "VGC Room 1", "VGC Room 2" and "VGC Room 3" and post their numbers in the OP. That way people don't have to remember which string of numbers refers to which room and can select the correct room conveniently. If tbone51 shows up early enough, then people could enter all three community codes, join them and back out to save them on their lists before the tournament starts which would speed up the transitions between rooms in the following rounds.

If we were to go by the points the community rooms show, then we would need to use new rooms each round and everytime we plan to play another tournament. That's why I came up with the idea of a separate table (my Google doc) where I give players points according to the positions they attained in each GP. That's also why it's important that the host posts the positions of all players, because everyone will receive points.

We're gonna just do Positions. Write down all positions and names of R1. on Paper. They will be posted Later for viewing of members. As of now we will do this the my way but in the future their will just 3 rooms! Im gonnaWrite down the Community #s in the op.
