"MotionFlow" and other such motion interpolation tech just adds intermediary frames according to a formulae and can introduce input latency. It's widely hated by most people and often introduces artifacting, motion judder and the so called "soap opera" effect. The TVs themselves likely don't even accept 120Hz input.
120Hz monitors are good, especially if you are doing 3D. But you will need a powerful PC to run modern games at that framerate.
