Is DmC the best console game to be published by Capcom in the last few years?

I think its insulting when a person who obviously games thinks a game with minimal gameplay is better thna a game with full gameplay from start to finish.I mean, I love Heavy Rain and its an amazing game in its own right, but I would never put it above God of War.
