I think the rule against "User above you" threads is the best rule of 2012. It totally cleaned up the forums and now we dont have to look at a front page full of spam. Happy days.
Infact. Rules 8 and 9 are the best currently on VGChartz.
My least fave rule? Hmm. Rule 5. If people want half-naked women or men for an avatar, let them. Its not major, I dobt really care, but if I had to pick one rule to burn, then 5 is on fire.
