I know people will say yet another shooter and they might be right. I am really exited to see what Bungie and Respawn do for their next game. On the other hand Pacman (Pachter) is already prediting that the game would have its own subscription or micro-transaction model. So that is a bit of turn off on top of live/psn subscriptions next gen might bring.

Seems like ps3/360/720 are rumoured platforms for first game and than 2nd would be coming to pc/ps4/720. Where is the ouya version?

o.O. I hope it won't. If I already dished out $60 I don't want to pay again.

Let's see what they come up with. Subscription based games are a dying breed. Will have to something really good.

@Basil. Yep doesn't make sense not going multiplatform. Look at Skylanders. They are making those toys games for everything possible and it has done $500 million in sales. Activision always the next big thing. Now Disney is trying to do their own skylanders with Disney Infinity.

Patcher has predicted CoD would become pay to play for years now. I think Patcher is predicting what he thinks will be the most profitable way to sell the game, not that he has credible sources telling him that the game will be pay to play, though I'm sure it will have plenty of dlc. I'm excited to see what bungie comes up with.

Honestly I think not going multiplatform from the start will hurt sales in the long run. Mass Effect could have been a lot bigger on the ps3 had all the games been multiplatform from the start. Same with Bioshock. Activision should either not release the game till it can be out on all platforms, or try and make microsoft pay them for complete console exclusivity, because if the game arrives a year late on the playstation it will most likely not sell well on the platform.
