It's the same.

Wii U = 1.5x PS360
Wii U = PS360 + 0.5x PS360

Just two forms to say the same thing... Wii U is 1.5x PS360... Wii U is 0.5x (50%) better than PS360... when I use the word better I need to remove the the 1 (100%).
