If You Were In Sony's Position, How Would You Handle The Vita in 2013?

I'd redesign it to look like a 3DS, flip top style, and price it at $149 with a memory stick and some PSN games. I'd market it to kids and put out TV ads with kids playing Angry Birds on it.
